Built around the service visit.
HVAC is our first trade. We are starting with the information that has to travel from the equipment, to the technician, to the office, and into the next visit.

For the person at the equipment.
Useful history is specific: the right asset, the previous finding, the work that was actually completed. We are exploring how phone and wearable capture could help keep that context close without adding another end-of-day transcription job.
For the person picking up the handoff.
A service manager needs a clear outcome and a named next step. The proposed Clevis workflow aims to turn reviewed visit details into a usable record, with unresolved items separated from completed work.
One complete responsibility first.
Our initial design focuses on HVAC visit documentation and follow-through. Dispatch, accounting, supported-device certification and production integrations are not shipping Clevis capabilities.
We want to learn from technicians and service managers about the point where a visit record stops being useful. Early access has no announced launch date or price.
